Molecular Standard is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for all orders placed through our website. The information below outlines our order processing procedures, shipping methods, and delivery policies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Molecular Standard currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or national holidays.
Customers may select optional shipping protection through Route at checkout.
If Route protection is selected, any claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted directly through the Route claims system.
If shipping protection is not selected, customers are responsible for filing delivery claims directly with USPS.
Molecular Standard is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has been shipped.
Customers may use the tracking number at any time to monitor shipment status and delivery progress through the carrier’s tracking system.
All shipments are packaged in plain, unmarked packaging to maintain discretion and protect customer privacy.
External packaging does not display product names, logos, or identifying branding.
At this time, Molecular Standard ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Molecular Standard is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
